After 4 years in the US Army, Dale attended university at the University of Iowa and University of Maryland. He then spent 10 years in the UK culminating in a technology leadership position for a large engineering company. Returning to the US in the mid-2000s, Dale worked for a Fortune 500 company where he shared ideas to move traditional computer apps to SaaS applications. After laughing him out of the boardroom, Dale quit the company on the flight back to Phoenix and Ubiquia was born.

A rare Arizona native, Jason runs the day-to-day operations at Ubiquia and on the roads. If you don’t find him at his desk or in the legal books, you can probably find him off running on one of the many valley trails or trying not to go crazy coaching high school cross country and track. His experience working with high schoolers however has been invaluable working with the Ubiquia team.
